PAN has its own FDA-licensed factory and research and development facility for cosmetics and perfumes. New products are designed and developed in house.

The factory formulates and manufactures PAN's cosmetics and perfumes. It is licensed by the Thai FDA.

OEM and ODM
PAN formulates, manufactures and supplies products for other brands, from an existing formulation (OEM) or a product designed for the client (ODM). Third-party products made at present:

- Anti-ageing cream
- Two-way powder
- Serums
Export
International orders ship from the Nong Chok logistics centre as LCL or FCL consignments. Singapore sales run through Vivasure Pte Ltd. AB Coffee Plus was developed together with AR International for the Indian market, where it is sold at www.abcoffeeplus.com.
For manufacturers and brands
Manufacturers abroad can have products made in Thailand, and brands can have PAN develop a product for their market.
PAN has its own standard formulations and holds stock of finished products and raw materials for a quick turnaround, and it supports small batches for brands that are starting out. The factory can produce all types of cosmetics, including specialised serums and creams that need critical control of ingredients, as well as health supplements and perfumes.
