How we sell in Thailand
PAN sells through five channels: its own telesales desk, online shops, live selling on Shopee, Lazada, Facebook and TikTok, television shopping, and modern-trade distributors. Orders from all five channels are shipped from one logistics centre in Nong Chok, Bangkok, 20 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 15 minutes from the DHL eCommerce hub.
Telesales
The telesales desk has 65 phone agents, with desk space for 150 agents across eight locations.
Agents work in an AI-assisted CRM and tracking system developed by PAN's own software team, with the customer database held locally in compliance with Thailand's PDPA and IT-security laws.
Online and drop-ship
Dedicated teams sell on Facebook, LINE, Instagram, Shopee and Lazada, running more than 20 sales pages.
Bulk-selling agents place orders that PAN drop-ships to their customers through DHL.
PAN also sells through TikTok Shop, its own online live-selling studio, Tum Rub Thai medicine shops and other distributors across Thailand.

TV shopping and modern trade
PAN products are sold on the major teleshopping channels, including Top News, Nation TV and O Shopping. PAN has its own studio for product reviews and television tie-ins; the same facilities produce the content for online sales.
In modern trade, Tum Rub Thai, Phoom Jai Thai and T-Man Distribution place PAN products in over 1,000 pharmacies across Thailand.

Import track record
PAN is the exclusive importer and distributor in Thailand for two Indian Ayurvedic brands: Dhathri Ayurveda and Radhas Ayurvedic Soap Works. Thai FDA applications are handled in house through experienced FDA consultants, and PAN has partnerships with shippers, freight forwarders and clearing agents, working through both Laem Chabang Port and Bangkok Port.

For brands entering Thailand
A foreign brand that works with PAN gets all five channels under one distributor: telesales agents who present the product by phone, listings on Thailand's main online marketplaces, live selling by PAN's own presenters from the in-house studio on Shopee, Lazada, Facebook and TikTok, television exposure, and placement in pharmacies through modern-trade partners.
PAN also handles the Thai FDA application through its consultants, clears the goods through Laem Chabang or Bangkok Port with its freight forwarders and clearing agents, and holds and ships the stock from the Nong Chok logistics centre.
