PAN runs its own software team and is the Thailand representative of Rishi Labs, an Indian software company specialising in crypto-trading software, hotel rate discovery and AI-based legal assistance. The team built the CRM the telesales floor works in, with the customer database held locally, and the ERP, stock, shipping and tracking systems that run the logistics centre on AWS.
The team is currently building an AI call-centre agent fluent in natural Thai, to assist customers calling the company and to handle after-sales support.

legality is an AI plugin for Claude, ChatGPT and Grok that drafts, reviews and recommends on commercial contracts. Every clause it writes or flags is tied to the actual section of law as enacted — never to a general impression of what the law says.
It covers more than 40 agreement types: NDAs, vendor, supply, distribution, employment, leases, IP licensing, SaaS terms, data-processing, loans, guarantees, settlements and more.
Draft: legality composes a contract from a lawyer-vetted template and asks for any commercial term it does not have — or creates a draft contract and submits it to your lawyer for review.
Review: Upload an existing contract and it returns findings ranked high, medium and low, each pointing to the section of law that creates the risk.
Recommend: It proposes a statute-safe alternative and, when a matter needs human judgement, routes it to a verified lawyer for a consultation.
Firms can run the same pipeline on an on-premise model, so contract text never leaves their own network.
legality is live today for Indian law. PAN Life is developing the Thailand edition on the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, with Thai-language templates for the agreements Thai SMEs sign most. For Thai customers this means a first-pass draft or review of a supplier, tenancy or employment contract in minutes, with the relevant Thai law section shown beside each point.
